Services: - After-school child care

Offers a before and/or after school program for students grades K - 6 funded by Title I that offers support and encouragement for learning math and/or reading skills. It emphasizes study skills and learning strategies in small group instruction.

Family Centers, located at Jefferson and Central Elementary Schools, coordinate and facilitate a variety of support services for Allentown School District families. Family Centers seek to ensure the healthy growth and development of children by coordinating a wide variety of support services for families in the communities in which they live. These services include: * Parent Support and Child Development Education * Pediatric Health Services * Healthy After-School and Summer Activities * Family Preservation Services * Education and Employment-Related Services Family Development Specialist certified in parent education home visits meet groups of parent sand provide assessments and support to parents for their children from pregnancy through kindergarten. Offers free homework assistance. Introduces hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) and Humanities programming. Promotes a love of reading and literacy.

Provides free childcare to low-income single mothers.

Programs for children to have a safe, fun place before and after school.

Offers a Christian-based day care, preschool, and summer and afterschool programs.

Childcare provided on scheduled in-service days and scheduled half days when there is no school. Center must have a total of 10 registrants to offer school's out days. Offers half and full day costs. First come, first served basis.

Offers educational, recreational, therapeutic, cultural and social activities during the after school hours in locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region for children with disabilities.

Christ Centered Preschool Offering Enrichment Socialization and Learning Skills. Offer art, music, gym classes, and outdoor activities. Offer a before and after school programs. Busing is provided from St. Boniface to other school districts for children who are in the before school program and will transport them back to St. Boniface if you need the after school program.

Family centers provide families with a network of services accessible through local schools. Services available include healthcare services/clinics, family literacy programs, PAT (an in-home parenting program for 0-5 years old) summer recreational and enrichment programs, information and referral to other community resources. Community School provide support and resources to families and community members at Broughal Middle School, Donegan Elementary, Fountain Hill Elementary, Lincoln Elementary and William Penn Elementary.

Health and wellness services include personal and small group training, fitness consultations, exercise classes, virtual workouts, and nutrition counseling. Youth programs include camps, gymnatics, sports, dance, art, music, science, martial arts, swimming lessons, recreational and competitive swimming, college readiness, civic engagement, and career readiness. Also offers special needs programs.

Early education programs

Offers an after-school program that equips youth with the tools to thrive in today’s creative economy. Offers resources and guidance for young artists to explore their personal and cultural identities and express their creative vision. Participants create portfolios that can be used to apply to art school or respective programs.

Provides homework help, outside play, and crafts for children after school. Before care also available.

Provides after school programming including socialization, trips, sports, arts, and basic skills education to enhance school achievement and readiness levels.
