Services available include healthcare services/clinics, family literacy programs, PAT (an in-home parenting program for 0-5 years old) summer recreational and enrichment programs, information and referral to other community resources. Parent/Community members should contact their school for information. Community School provide support and resources to families and community members at Broughal Middle School, Donegan Elementary, Fountain Hill Elementary, Lincoln Elementary and William Penn Elementary.

Based at Barkley Elementary School, PAPA's Move Ahead after-school program helps students in grades 2 through 5 strengthen their academic and social skills. The program operates Monday through Thursday from 3:15 to 5:30 p.m. It offers: - Help with homework and study skills development. - Social interaction skills development. - Daily recreational and enrichment activities. - Monthly trips and workshops.

Provides safe spaces and enriching activities for youth after school that support critical thinking, social skills, and academic achievement. Located at these schools: George W. Childs, Newlin Fell, Southwark Elementary, Vare-Washington Elementary, and Horace Howard Furness High - 21st Century Community Learning Center. Also located at Mamie Nichols Center.
