Offers after school program including activities such as games, crafts, workshops, seminars, and projects combined with the Good News Club Bible lessons. Opportunity given for 4-H project work.

Comprehensive Youth Development Afterschool Program. Academic Success: homework centers, college access, goals for graduation. Healthy Lifestyles: Fitness and nutrition, sports and recreation, alcohol, tobacco, and drug prevention, team sports. Good character and citizenship: volunteerism, character building, mentoring, leadership.

Provides structured activities including science, group projects, environmental awareness, arts and crafts, games, sports components, field trips, and more. Children also have time to tackle homework with the help of well-trained Y staff who know how to challenge and listen to them. If a child is enrolled in the School-Age Enrichment program, per request, they can be matched with a pre-qualified Big Brother or Big Sister. A healthy breakfast and snack is included in your daily rate as well as transportation to and from school.

Before/After School Enrichment Program is available for children in grades 1-5, Monday through Friday. Available 6:30am to 6:00pm at YMCA branch in Allentown School District. Program is school-based in the East Penn and Parkland School Districts and is available 7:00am to 6:00pm. Full-time and part-time options are available. Registration required. Fees vary. Provides free access to healthy snacks and meals.

Provides after school care. Homework assistance is offered and children have the opportunity to participate in the Youth Department’s program for additional programs.

Provides extended day care services for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children located in the Belle Vernon area.

Provides an after school program.

Enable youth to improve their functioning in the home, school and community by providing structured treatment services during the afternoon and evening hours. Provides therapeutic activities such as: social skills activities, sharing and listening activities, partner time activities, therapeutic recreation, homework time, community field trips and family outreach.

Offers care for children that includes preschool, pre-K, full-day care, and before and after school care.

Engages youth in social-emotional learning, mindfulness training, and topic-based conversations as they are guided through the writing process. Participants produce four to six original pieces of writing per year in the genres of narrative writing, informative writing, descriptive writing, and poetry. Program offered weekdays during the school year.

Offers an afterschool program for children that aims to provide social, intellectual, and physical activities.

Combines individual mentoring programs with comprehensive after-school instructional services and financial support, all tailored to fit the needs of the individual student. Students in the program may also receive laptops, calculators, and USBs.

Health and wellness services include personal and small group training, fitness consultations, exercise classes, virtual workouts, and nutrition counseling. Also offers special needs programs.

Provides a safe place for elementary school students to come after school through THRIVE (located at 506 S 29th St, Harrisburg) and Roller Enrichment Academy (located at Steelton Highspire Elementary).
