Services: - After-school child care

A cooperative program between the School District of Lancaster and the Lancaster Rec to provide quality, state-licensed school age child care. Care is provided before school, after school and on school holidays and in-service days. Before and after school programs include snacks, recreation, homework assistance, special events and free time. Breakfast is available through the school for a fee based on income. Provides infants, toddler, preschool, and school-age child care for all of Lebanon County. There are two childcare centers and 13 after school sites throughout Lebanon County. Scholarships are available for those that cannot afford the full cost.

Provides child care and provides before and after school care.

Provides academic, recreation, and cultural activities, during the school year and during a six-week summer program. Provides snacks.

Provides a comprehensive curriculum featuring Tennis, STEM, Nutrition, Character Building Lessons, Reading, Game-Based Learning & Homework Assistance.

Offers before and after school child care for at neighborhood schools.

Provides year-round care to at-risk children that encourages learning through socialization, routine, and daily activities. Offers toddler care, Pre-K, Kindergarten (full-day), and after school care, where children will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning and purposeful play to support their developmental skills.

Provides after school care. Homework assistance is offered and children have the opportunity to participate in the Youth Department’s program for additional programs.

Services: - Before/after-school child care

Services includes breakfast service, after school snacks, and lunch on non-school days, homework support and project supplies, and supervised playtime, arts and craft space, library and music room, creative play space, game room, and multipurpose room. Also included are walking trips to local parks when the weather permits, field trips during non-school days, carnivals, talent shows, holiday celebrations, and other activities.

Offers care for children from infancy through age 12. Extended day services, including transportation to and from three local schools, are available. Offers intergenerational programming; children share common activities with older adults who are Senior Center or Adult Day Program clients. Both get the opportunity to help the other and work toward common goals.

Offers K-12 out-of-school programming that fosters an inclusive, informal learning environment for children, teens, and families, with accessible learning activities that build on life skills, Maker philosophies, and wellness concepts. Offers free homework assistance. Introduces hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) and Humanities programming. Promotes a love of reading and literacy.

Offers early childhood and school age education programs including pre-K, Head Start, before and after school care, and summer camps.

Comprehensive Youth Development Afterschool Program. Academic Success: homework centers, college access, goals for graduation. Healthy Lifestyles: Fitness & nutrition, sports & recreation, alcohol, tobacco, and drug prevention, team sports. Good character & citizenship: volunteerism, character building, mentoring, leadership.

Offers after-school educational programs that use evidence-based approaches with formal outcome measures. Programs also incorporate physical activity and healthy eating.

Offers after school programming to local youth in kindergarten to 8th grade.

Provides a drop-in program for children and youth offering an array of youth enrichment activities and educational programs.

Provides homework help, outside play, and crafts for children after school. Before care also available.

Offers a range of programming for persons of all ages. Health and wellness services include personal and small group training, fitness consultations, exercise classes, virtual workouts, and nutrition counseling. Youth programs include camps, gymnatics, sports, dance, art, music, science, martial arts, swimming lessons, recreational and competitive swimming, college readiness, civic engagement, and career readiness. Also offers special needs programs.

Enable youth to improve their functioning in the home, school and community by providing structured treatment services during the afternoon and evening hours. Provides therapeutic activities such as: social skills activities, sharing and listening activities, partner time activities, therapeutic recreation, homework time, community field trips and family outreach.
