Guest speakers visit the after school program to make educational presentations, particularly those focused on health and safety. Services are offered to latchkey, extended day students, and their siblings. All activities are available on weekdays only. Activities include homework help, recreation period of games, leadership skills development, girls and boys clubs, and anger management group training.

Based at Barkley Elementary School, PAPA's Move Ahead after-school program helps students in grades 2 through 5 strengthen their academic and social skills.
