Maintains the dockets of all probate proceedings. Serves as Clerks of Orphans' Court. Maintains all records of adoptions and guardianship in the Orphans' Court division of the Court of Common Pleas. Serves as presiding officer in all probate hearings. Under special circumstances, the Register will perform probates and take marriage license applications in the home, assisted living facility or hospital of the citizen in need of our services.
