Offers an array of supports with the Allegheny County Jail, District Courts, Service Coordination Units, and other community providers to assist persons with mental illness and/or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorder who are involved with the criminal justice system.

Partners with community agencies to utilize public resources and help formerly incarcerated individuals in need. Will work with any individual who has been incarcerated in the last 3 years. Qualifying individuals are provided with resources structured to their specific areas of need. Services include mental health support, assistance with bus passes to work, housing, food assistance, and more.
