Provides victims with an alternate mailing address to keep their actual home address out of public records where their perpetrator may find their location. The confidential address may be used as a legal address for court and government records, including driver’s licenses, non-photo ID cards, vehicle registration, school records, voter registration, marriage licenses, and court petitions. The ACP forwards all first-class, registered and certified mail to the participant, free of charge.

Provides a coordinated community response toward ending domestic violence. Provides services to victims of domestic violence including a 24-hour hotline, counseling, support groups, court advocacy, and safe housing when fleeing abuse. Also offers training programs on domestic violence for businesses, police officers, clergy, health care providers, and other social service agency staff, as well as prevention programs to youth.

Available programs are subject to change but could include: Breaking the Cycle, Stranger Danger, and Bullies to Buddies. The Batterers Intervention Service (BIS) is an educational program for men who want to take responsibility for their own behavior and learn skills to start that change now. The BIS program is designed to re-educate and hold men accountable for their actions. This is in compliance with the zero tolerance protocol for domestic violence. This is a comprehensive educational program that meets once a week for 2 hours for a total of 30 weeks.

Offers group therapy program for men who use abuse and controlling behaviors in their relationships, including physical, verbal, psychological, and financial abuse. The program helps participants learn how to have healthier relationships and partnerships. The group sessions are led by experienced, trauma-informed facilitators. Participants learn how to communicate, make healthier choices in their relationships, develop self-awareness about their behavior, and experience accountability.
