A peer leadership organization dedicated to preventing underage drinking and drug use by focusing on potentially life threatening consequences of destructive decisions involving many issues.

Provides prevention services in schools as well as at the CCYSB youth centers and street outreach sites. Prevention Programs are designed to address the risks that make it more likely that kids will use drugs and alcohol or make other unsafe decisions. They include educational activities as well as educational presentations for schools, community groups, and parents.

Offers effective prevention, education, intervention, and referral to treatment services to individuals and families in Blair county. Works closely with state, county and local agencies to prevent and reduce substance abuse. Works to address the devastating impact of substance use on the individual, their families and the community.

Organizes the Cheltenham and West Oak Lane communities to reduce the risk factors that contribute to youth violence and substance abuse. Cheltenham CTC creates various strategies aimed at keeping youth safe and drug-free. Strategies applied include programmatic, environmental, and social marketing campaigns.
