Offers the following services: child profiles, child preparation, child-specific recruitment, family profiles (adoption home studies), placement, finalization, and post-permanency. Provides private adoption home studies and ACT 101 adoption searches.

Provides emergency and long-term placement in foster homes with parent of a Christian background. Offers trainings to prospective care parents.
