Serves as affiliate of the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN). The following services are offered: child profiles, child preparation, child specific recruitment, family profiles (adoption home studies), placement, finalization, and post-permanency. Offers private adoption home studies and ACT 101 adoption searches.

Issues marriage licenses, handles adoptions and incapacitated filings, and presents first and final account files in the estate to the court. Handles transactions dealing with real estate. Probates the wills of all decedents and issues letters of administration and testamentary in each estate.

Provides emergency and long-term placement in foster homes with parent of a Christian background. Offers trainings to prospective care parents.

Provides legal services year round to any individual who adopts a child from foster care, ensuring that concerns for legal costs are eliminated.
