Provides emergency and long-term placement in foster homes with parent of a Christian background. Offers trainings to prospective care parents.

Issues marriage licenses, handles adoptions and incapacitated filings, and presents first and final account files in the estate to the court. Handles transactions dealing with real estate. Probates the wills of all decedents and issues letters of administration and testamentary in each estate.

Foster care offers a partnership between the agency and foster parents towards meeting the needs of a child while they are living away from their own family. This program works cooperatively with foster parents and the child’s own family to develop a plan to meet the child’s needs and to reunite the child with their own family whenever possible.

Dependent Foster Care services are provided in Pennsylvania to youth including treatment level, mother/baby placement, kinship care, and traditional foster care.

Provides comprehensive and intensive child placement services that include clinical and case management activities. The goal of the program is to minimize the length of stay in the foster care system and work towards permanency (reunification with parents and/or family members, adoption, or transition to independent living).

Provides legal assistance for children and youth in foster care.
