Provides national and local level information and referral for grandparents in their varying roles (with a special emphasis on grandparents who are raising grandchildren). Works collaboratively with a wide array of partners, including program practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and corporations to increase outreach, resources and services for grandparents. Publish a free quarterly newsletter for grandparents raising grandchildren. Extensive website features articles for grandparents as well as a Grandparent Support Database and State Fact Sheets for Grandparents and other Relatives Raising Children.
Provides free legal services to low-income older adults (age 60 and older) and/or clients family members. Services focus on advance planning for incapacity (including Powers of Attorney and Living Wills), simple estate planning, guardianship and related matters, Medical Assistance for long term care, settlement of estates with limited assets/small estates, and grand-parenting issues. Students also provide community presentations on elder law issues.

Support for grandparents (55 years and older)who are raising children under the age of 18. Caregivers are eligible for reimbursements to assist with monthly expenses for the care of the child, up to $200 per month.
