Interviews consumers who have received behavioral health services to monitor consumer and family satisfaction with services.

Provides ombudsman services for mental health consumers to file complaints. Assists with filing complaints or grievances, acts as a liaison between the individual or family and the Managed Care Organization, and provides support in addressing concerns with behavioral health services.
