Provides support to individuals and families living in their homes, but who do not have title to the property in their name (tangled title). Offers legal services via consulting attorneys and home repairs that will improve the health and safety of the home by vetted local contractors.

Provides grants to low income individuals to cover the costs and legal services to clearing the title of their home.

In addition to handling the processing of all Protection From Abuse applications and cases, the Family Courts are responsible for all Juvenile Delinquency cases, Children and Youth cases and Orphans Court cases. The types of cases heard by the Family Court Judges involve custody, dependency, juvenile delinquency, foster care, adoptions, visitation, appointment of guardians, truancy, and estate and accounting matters.
