As of September 1, 2025, certain individuals are required to be working for at least 20 hours a week (or 80 hours each month) or qualify for an exemption. Individuals must report that they are meeting these work requirements or verify their exemption.
This service provides the forms necessary to report an individual’s work or exemption status. Also offers assistance with completing the forms and submitting them to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
