Provides tuition-free career training for qualified adult residents of Pennsylvania. Short-term training available: Culinary Arts, Horticultural Technology, Medical Coding/Billing, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician.

Offers a 10-week Masonry Training Program. Students begin from the basics of mortar preparation and work up to brick and block construction. Students who complete the Masonry Training Program have the opportunity to continue in a 7-week Carpentry Program.

Certified Nurse Assistant Program-Inquire about our 10-week course that teaches medical terminology, math, classroom and skills training as well as clinical experience. Class is available only in West Chester. County OIC is a Certiport authorized testing center for Microsoft Office 2003 Specialist Certification exams. Certification is available in Word, OutlookR, Excel, and PowerPointR. Expert level certifications are offered for Word and Excel. Exams are available for Microsoft Office XP and Office 2003.
