Creates life-changing solutions for children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, autism and other social, sensory and developmental disorders and their families through a variety programs designed to increase independence, maximize opportunities, minimize barriers and enhance quality of life. Provides Early Intervention services for children starting at birth and provides free developmental screenings to ensure early identification of potential delays when it is most critical. Offers summer day camps and overnight camp; weekend respite camp; autism diagnostic clinic; ABA therapy coaching for parents of children with autism; community supports/habilitation for adults; and employment preparation program for high school students.

Maternal and Child Health Consortium - The Family Center Program
The Family Center Program is a home-visiting service for pregnant women and caregivers with children ages 0-5 years old. Using the evidence-based Parents as Teachers curriculum, trained professionals visit families’ homes to provide personalized education and support focused on healthy pregnancies, positive parenting, and early childhood development. The program helps identify and address child developmental delays, parental stressors, and a wide range of family needs, including helping families meet their basic needs. The core focus is on child development education and ensuring children are well-prepared when they enter the K-12 system.
