Provides early intervention services to preschool children with or at-risk for developmental delays. Services may include identification, screening and assessment, speech pathology and audiology, special instruction, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and family trainings.

Early Identification Programs
Program for children birth to 3-years-old who have been identified with special needs and meet the eligibility requirements. Designed to help families better meet the needs of their child. Through a family training model, services are provided in the child's natural environment with the active participation of their parents and other caregivers. These services can include: home-based instruction, physical, occupational and speech therapies, case management services, and tracking/monitoring a childâ??s development.

Early Identification Programs
Creates life-changing solutions for children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, autism and other social, sensory and developmental disorders and their families through a variety programs designed to increase independence, maximize opportunities, minimize barriers and enhance quality of life. Provides Early Intervention services for children starting at birth and provides free developmental screenings to ensure early identification of potential delays when it is most critical. Offers summer day camps and overnight camp; weekend respite camp; autism diagnostic clinic; ABA therapy coaching for parents of children with autism; community supports/habilitation for adults; and employment preparation program for high school students.

Provides educational programs for students, parents and professionals at schools, workplaces, community centers, etc. Programs include: A) Risk reduction/safety education programs for children from pre-k to college age B) Safety Rangers, a 10 week after school safety education program C) College, community and professional training to law enforcement, medical personnel, community centers, teachers, etc. D)Mandated Reporter Training approved for schools by the PA Department of Education to meet ACT 126 Mandatory Reporter Training Requirements for educators.
