Works with students to achieve college admission, integrate into college life and complete a post-secondary program or trade focus. Participants receive programming within their high school classroom. Offers a Scholarship Fund to help students meet the financial obligations of a college education. Scholarships are competitive and based on academic achievement and the students' demonstrated financial need.

Every student receives a personalized plan to fit their aspirations and circumstances and receives guidance throughout the process.
