Offers an enrichment program on careers in the nursing profession for high school juniors in Philadelphia. Enrichment sessions meet during second half of junior year and include meals and transit passes. Invites students who complete junior year back for senior year. Pays $500 stipend for each completed year. Offers scholarship opportunity to study nursing at La Salle University to seniors who complete the program. Provides access to a variety of academic, financial, peer, and social supports.

• Case management services and group sessions
• Academic support
• Gift card incentives for success in academics, attendance, goal achievement, etc.
• Parenting and child development education
• Assistance with applying for child care and employment
• Information and referrals to community resources and summer activities

Assists with college tour, help with SAT, career counseling for graduating High School students. For those who doesn't plan on attending college, help with obtaining employment

Offers a four-year, year-round, educational and workforce development program for students in the 11th grade interested in information technology careers. Services include educational experiences, academic support, social-emotional skills training, instruction in software design, paid work experiences, and job placement assistance. Awards college credit to participants through partnership with Arizona State University.

Provides a program that helps individuals in transition so they can participate fully in planning and achieving their career, educational and personal goals by improving self-esteem and building self-confidence. Classes in computer basics supplement the program. Services include vocational assessment, career counseling, resume preparation and interview skills, skills identification, career planning, job readiness instruction, job search skills, exploration of education and training resources , and job placement assistance .

Offers school-based programs with a goal to increase student achievement in reading, writing, and mathematics; improve school-related attitudes, behaviors, and skills; increase parental involvement; and increase graduation and postsecondary enrollment rates.

Offers a high school-based enrichment and mentoring program focused on career exposure to the food services and facility management industries,and building 21st Century skills. Also offers Drexel University and St. Joseph’s University students opportunities to gain an understanding of employment opportunities at Aramark and direct access to Aramark’s post-graduate employment programs.

Programming for educators and administrators from regular academic settings as well as technical education settings. Programs include: Educator in the Workplace: Formats include a one day or a week-long program with visits to area employers in the manufacturing, energy or healthcare sectors. Program includes interactions with a range of employees at each business and discussions on work responsibilities, educational requirements, opportunities for advancement, etc. Act 48 credit can be granted.

Encourages the acquisition of academic skills and motivation needed for success in high school, college, and everyday life. Pennsylvania: A-C Valley, Farrell, Oil City, Punxsutawney, Redbank Valley, Sharon, and Union. Services such as academic advising, career exploration, assistance with college and financial aid applications, visits to post-secondary education institutions, and cultural and social opportunities are provided year round. The six-week residential Summer Academy offers participants an opportunity to experience college life in a safe environment while residing on campus in a university residence hall.

Offers a collaborative initiative connecting students, educators, parents, and local businesses to promote career exploration and workforce development.
