The Project ROAR/SOAR team works closely with school personnel and includes master-level mental health professionals, bachelor-level mental health workers, family school coordinators, and parent liaisons.

Supports first-generation students and their families throughout the high school-to-college transition process. Services offered include: assistance with the college search and transition process; training for college admissions criteria and planning for deadlines and required fees; guidance with college and financial aid applications, testing, and personal essay writing; and mentorship through the student's college career. Also awards scholarships to qualified students.

Through SAP, mental health case managers serve as advisors for local secondary schools. These individuals provide technical assistance to teachers and help ensure appropriate referrals for students experiencing mental health problems.

Easton Middle School Success Program (EMSSP) is available to students attending Easton Area Middle School. All students with signed parental permission forms are eligible to participate in Life Skills Training class, a prevention-focused initiative that teaches positive decision making, self awareness and self management skills. The case management support initiative identifies students at high risk for school failure and dropout, and provides an individualized supportive process that addresses risks maintaining positive attendance and reducing tardiness; to make progress in school by decreasing disciplinary actions and increasing grades; and to increase school engagement.

STEPS (Special Therapeutic Educational Programming for Success) involves a Master's level therapist assigned to identified emotional support classrooms to be available to provide any individual, group and/or family therapy as needed for students in the assigned classroom. The therapist also provides coordination of care, behavioral support and de-escalation as needed.
