Provides free, one-to-one and small group instruction in reading, writing, math or English as a Second Language to adults who wish to improve basic skills. Tutoring sessions may be held at any public location such as a library, church, community center, or recreation hall.

Also offers STEM professionals as classroom speakers, tutors math and science, awards grants to teachers for innovative classroom projects, and collaborates with universities on recruitment and preparation of math and science teachers.

Provides opportunities for academic development, and assists students towards the successful completion of their postsecondary education. Serves as a resource and voice for undergraduate first-generation, low-income students and students with disabilities.

Summerbridge offers a school year tutoring and activities program and a summer enrichment program for 7th, 8th and 9th grade students from diverse socioeconomic, ethnic, and educational backgrounds. Students come from Broughal Middle School, Harrison-Morton Middle School, Holy Infancy School, Northeast Middle School, Easton Middle School, and Raub Middle School.
