The Transfer Station Complex also accepts cardboard. - Transfer Station Complex: Located on Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster. A central location for the transfer of trash for end disposal (waste-to-energy facility or landfill). Accessible to commercial haulers and residents. Also has a recycling drop-off center and Household Hazardous Waste Facility for items such as paint, computers, televisions, batteries, etc. - Household Hazardous Waste Facility: Located at the Transfer Station Complex on Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster, LCSWMA accepts household hazardous waste materials from residents in

Participants receive $100 per day and are paid on-site where they can also connect with social services support.
