Oversees Northampton County operations, including administration/human resources, economic development, corrections, court services, fiscal affairs, human services, public works, and the offices of the Coroner, Public Defender, Sheriff.

Provides meal cooked and served by volunteers for persons lacking cooking facilities, persons not capable of cooking for themselves, persons in need of a meal, and persons in need of companionship.
