Moderna is approved for use in individuals 18 and older. Pfizer is approved for use in individuals 16 and older. Chester County CANNOT administer the Moderna vaccine to anyone ages 16-17.
After submitting this form, you will receive regular email updates on the current status of vaccine distribution in Chester County.
You will be contacted to schedule a vaccination appointment as sufficient vaccine supplies arrive.
