Supplies a push button that connects consumers to the right help in an emergency 24 hours a day. Connects to emergency services or family.

Provides a free, confidential, and voluntary program offered by the Office of Emergency Management to aid local municipalities in identifying those residents in their communities who may need additional assistance during an emergency or disaster, as required by state law.
