Providing a non-medical home care service that specializes in recovery care post a fall, as well as fall prevention planning, which can have a big impact on reducing the risk of falls. Coordinates services that will help risk-proof your home and protect your loved on.

Provides an in-person Functional Eligibility Determination (FED) to determine eligibility for Medical Assistance Long Term Services and Supports, both in the community or a facility.

Inspect homes for common safety issues such as the presence of a smoke detector, moderate hot water temperature and carbon monoxide leaks. Safety measures such as rubber bath mats and night lights are provided to aging adults free of charge. The other component is a Child Safety Seat Loan Program. It loans child car seats to low-income families. The families receive education on the proper installation and use of the car seat.

Relief efforts organized by the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce; provides assistance to community members in need in the chamber's service area. Assistance has included raising funds for victims of natural disaster as well as assisting veterans, senior citizens and disabled individuals through a Home Safety Program.
