It loans child car seats to low-income families. The families receive education on the proper installation and use of the car seat.

Offers new or expectant parents to have their baby's car seat installation inspected by the Pennsylvania State Police. Bring the car seat in the car to have it installed. Must register for this program; one car seat is allowed per registration.
