Provides technical assistance ,audio-visual resources, materials, and training on safety issues affecting children and adolescents. Issues include child safety seats, seat belts, airbags, pedestrian, bicycle, and school bus safety and teen driving.

Online course that has a self-paced format for flexible learning. This course will refine existing skills and develop safe, defensive driving techniques. Insurance companies must offer lower rates to individuals age 55 and over who complete this course. All drivers on the policy must take the course to receive the discount which is at least 5% by state law.

Presents seniors for safe driving class through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation where participants receive a discount on auto insurance when successfully completed.
