Provide people with visual impairments the skills, supports, and solutions that advance their self-sufficiency. Offers lIfe skills education support services, technology solutions, and preventive services.

Services include case management, low vision occupational therapy, orientation and mobility skills training, educational and peer support groups, access to assistive technology, and Braille instruction.

Provides Low Vision Services by an optometrist specially trained in low vision technologies for people whose vision cannot be restored with a prescribed correction. After an evaluation, the optometrist may recommend specialized vision aids which enable clients to use their remaining sight more comfortably and efficiently.

Offers assistance to farmers, farm family members, and other agricultural workers with disabilities or long-term health conditions. Provides the resources and support needed to live independently and continue in production agriculture.

Provides a free orthopedic evaluation and a treatment plan which is recommended by an orthopedist that specializes in pediatrics.

Provides mobility products and services including communication products and services, audiology services, assistive listening and alerting devices, specialized computer equipment and software, comfort products and services, Ergonomic workstation designs, wheeled mobility products and services, and more.

Offers opportunities for people with disabilities to learn how SMART technology can enhance their ability to live inclusively and independently in the community. Provides a SMART tech library, demonstrations, and outreach services. Also offers short term socialization and assistance in multiple areas of support and advocacy.

Assists persons with disabilities with working around their challenges and perform functions that might otherwise be difficult or impossible. Provides specialized devices, equipment, and software along with procurement, installation, training / instruction, and repair. Services include in-home, individualized, person-centered evaluations and assessments; trial uses of devices; and follow-up evaluations to ensure technologies are meeting needs.

Services offered: - Comprehensive examination by an ophthalmologist or optometrist. Discusses what low vision aids are available. - Occupational Therapy services - Orientation and Mobility training - Demonstration, evaluation and sale of Closed Circuit Television Systems, also known as CCTVs. Access Technology services/training is available. - Provides comprehensive client support services: Access Technology, Talking Book Program, Public Education, Low Vision Rehabilitation, Low Vision Services, Preschool Screening and Remedial Eye Care. - Provides Social Services, including transportation to medical appointments and essential community errands; and in-home support services.
