Makes referrals for a full eye exam with an optometrist or an ophthalmologist if a possible problem is detected.

Provides school supplies for students in need. Also offers haircuts, dental and eye exams, and school clothes and shoes.

Evaluates how to enhance an individual's remaining vision. The low vision doctor asks the patient about their health history, what medications they are taking and what their living arrangements are, such as living independently or in assisted living. The doctor will ask them what activities they would like to do that they can't do now, such as watch television, write checks, take a walk, read the newspaper, or see faces. Low vision is not strictly related to aging.

Provides assistance for vision and dental exams/ eqiupment, scholarship funding, community beautification projects, and winter clothing drives.

Provide people with visual impairments the skills, supports, and solutions that advance their self-sufficiency. Offers lIfe skills education support services, technology solutions, and preventive services.

Offers three voucher programs: vision, breast health, and hearing aid. Vision vouchers cover a basic eye exam, basic lenses, and basic frames. Breast health vouchers cover mammograms, ultrasounds, biopsies, and other early detection testing. Provides financial assistance in conjunction with available hearing aid programs and/or assistance with the purchase.

Provides eye exams, glasses, low vision devices, and other vision related services to residents of Lebanon County. Issues vouchers to be used at participating providers.

Our Low Vision Store, located on the second floor of our building, specializes in providing low vision products, adaptive devices, and technology for the blind and visually impaired.

Assist low income individuals with obtaining eye exams and glasses through contracts with local eye care providers. Eligible individuals can buy eyeglasses and/or pay for an eye exam at reduced costs.

Provides free eye exams, custom eyeglasses, glaucoma checks and other essential supplies directly to individuals.

Provides no cost vision exam with an optometrist and eye glasses.

Offers a comprehensive infant eye assessment within the first year of life as a no cost public health service through local providers.

The Marilyn Moore Maslow Gift of Sight is aimed at ensuring individuals in our local community have access to affordable basic eye exams. Consistent with Northeast Sight Services’ goal of Preventing Blindness this program provides improved vision that empowers adults and children to pursue a better quality of life for themselves and their communities.

Provides vision screening, eye examinations, and glasses for uninsured and underinsured individuals who cannot afford to purchase prescription glasses.

Provides eye exams and prescription lenses for a client once in a twelve-month period, provided there is a change in the prescription.

Offers appointments with an occupational therapist and a low vision doctor to determine the need for visual aids and services. Accepts insurance for these services.

Supports and promotes the interests of the blind and the prevention of blindness through a wide range of services, including: - Vocational Services - Rehabilitation and Social Services teach vision impaired persons and their family's techniques and use of adaptive equipment to promote independence - Glaucoma screenings, Kid Sight screenings - Vision Voucher Program - Referrals to local ophthalmologists for diagnosis and treatment, eye examinations and refractions for low income individuals without medical insurance - Assistance for the purchase of single lens eyeglasses for low-income individuals - Braille Transcription - Sight Loss Support Groups

The Cataract and Primary Eye Care (CPEC) Service is the hub of Wills Eye. Wills Eye physicians perform routine eye exams and refer any serious complications to one of the subspecialty services. Services available include: - Cataract Surgery - Cataract Screenings - Comprehensive eye examinations - Vision screenings - Refractive surgery - Contact lens examinations - Consultations with subspecialists in ophthalmology (such as neuro-ophthalmology) - Referrals to specialists in other medical disciplines (such as endocrinologists for persons with diabetes)

Provides income eligible children an opportunity to receive a complete eye examination with a pediatric optometrist who specializes in testing for visual-related learning problems. The clinic is held monthly at our facility.

Provides information, referral, case support, shelter and other material supports to low income households, enabling those individuals and families to avoid increasing disruption to health, welfare, educational and economic advancement. Emergency service vouchers include: - Interfaith Food Pantry - Home heating fuel for seniors (age 60+) Dependent on availability of funding. - Prescription Assistance - Eye exams and glasses - Legal identification documents - Second hand furniture (Easton residents only) - Rental assistance: One month of rent. Documentation of income, circumstances leading to income lose or increase in expenses and proof of sustainability (Operates on a waiting list) Dependent on availability of funding.

Offers primary care such as preventive medical, eye and dental. Prescriptive assistance, education for the client and general population regarding the availability and proper use of health services, mental health referral services as necessary, drug and alcohol referrals services, housing referral s, assistance in obtaining health insurance and when needed socks and personal care items.
