Provides immunization clinics, HIV testing and counseling, home visits for metabolic disorders, monitoring of communicable diseases (including Tuberculosis), and health education programs.

Works to prevent disease and to promote and protect the health of York City residents through the assessment of needs, the assurance of public health services, and the provision of sound public health policies through dynamic and committed leadership.

Maintains disease surveillance records and provides the following services to individuals with tuberculosis disease, tuberculous infection or who have a high risk for disease or infection: outpatient examination and diagnostic services, and antituberculosis medication for treatment and prevention of the disease.

Provides Mantoux tuberculin skin testing (PPD screening). Medical evaluation, diagnostic testing, and follow-up treatment (if needed) are available for those with a positive tuberculosis screening test.

Offer employment physicals, driver's license physicals, sports physicals, TB testing and urine drug screenings(available per contract with employer).

Provides immunizations, COVID-19 vaccinations, Tuberculosis testing and treatment, STD and HIV testing, family education, blood testing, technical support for school nurses, and educational presentations on various health topics. Also offers referrals to other state and local resources depending on need.

Provides integrated Behavioral Health services, medication for Opioid Use Disorder program, Community Health Worker Outreach team, case management, nurse care team, telepsychiatry for medical patients, and Behavioral Health case management.

Offers the following services: - Immunizations (all ages), offered by appointment Thursday, 9:00-11:30am & 1:00-2:30 pm. Immunization record must be brought along. Immunizations for measles, rubella, and mumps can be given between ages 12-15 months, others usually 2 months. Offers public health and clinic services including family planning, immunizations, STD testing and treatment, lead abatement, emergency preparedness, maternal and child health, limited dental care, in-home asthma trigger assessments, injury prevention, and chronic disease education.

Provides immunizations, STD/HIV testing, pregnancy testing, access to breast/prostate cancer screenings, monitoring of chronic diseases, and Tuberculosis testing when available. Lead screenings provided in certain situations, not by the clinic.
