Provides immediate services in response to every allegation of child sexual abuse in Philadelphia. Services include: the forensic interview of the child, ongoing support services for the victim and their family, mental health therapy for children, immediate medical exams by staff from CHOP and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children on-site, and the coordinated response to the allegation by Philadelphia Police SVU, DHS Child Abuse Unit, and Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, all also on-site at PCA.

Performs evaluations for child sexual and physical abuse. Consultation services as needed; Provide educational programs to agencies and community groups. Colocated agencies include: YWCA Rape Crisis; Dauphin County Children & Youth Services caseworker; City and County Detectives; Dauphin County Assistant District Attorneys. Training programs (fee schedule) on topics of Forensic Inteviewing; Team Collaboration; Minimal Facts Interviewing and Medical Management of Child Abuse Cases.

Provides medical examinations for victims of child sexual abuse.

The Center provides a child-friendly, neutral place for the forensic interview and forensic medical evaluation of abuse, neglect or exploitation.

Provides specially trained sexual assault nurse examiners available night and day to conduct onsite and offsite medical exams.

Provides gynecological and reproductive health care services; as part of the state-funded Healthy Beginnings program provides eligible pregnant women with prenatal care, psychosocial services, nutrition education, and other support services.
