Provides inpatient and outpatient medical services. Inpatient care includes medical and surgical services, critical care, operating room services, maternity and pediatric care, mental health treatment, acute rehabilitation, and neonatal intensive care. Additional inpatient programs include a mammography screening program and Healthy Beginnings Plus, a prenatal care program for individuals receiving or eligible for Medical Assistance. Emergency services are also available. Outpatient services include laboratory and imaging services, cardiology, cancer care at Ephrata Cancer Center, and sleep apnea diagnosis at the Sleep Disorder Center.

Administers blood supply services and coordinates whole blood, red cell, platelet, and plasma collections. Accepts donations in-center and at blood drives hosted at various locations throughout the region.
