Offers comprehensive programming for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Facilitates social and educational activities aimed at developing appropriate socialization, self-advocacy, living, and work skills for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Offers two financial loan programs so that individuals can purchase assistive technology devices and services. Provides no-interest ($100 - $7,000) or low-interest ($7,001 - $60,000) loans for hearing aids, stair glides, smart home technology, wheelchairs, adaptive sports equipment, and other assistive technology.

Provides funds to families caring for an ill or disabled child to cover uninsured yet vital expenses such as electric bills, adaptive equipment, gas, water, transportation, and disease-related therapies and camps. Also medical costs not covered by insurance.

Helps to lessen the burden on caregivers by providing information, assistance, caregiver training, respite care assistance, and supplemental services.

Provides financial education services and information about assistive technology funding resources.
