Assistive Technology Lending Library a free, statewide program through which individuals can borrow different types of devices to find what works best for them. Choose up to five items and we will ship items to you at no cost. If the item is checked out or not available, we will get it touch with you and give you some options. Most items are on loan for 2 weeks but check our catalog for the loan length of specific items.

Services include access to affordable hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other technology; telephones designed to work with hearing aids and cochlear implants; assistive technology programs that provide accessibility in public and private facilities; and advocacy efforts to improve access and public understanding.
Offers two financial loan programs so that individuals can purchase assistive technology devices and services. Provides no-interest ($100 - $7,000) or low-interest ($7,001 - $60,000) loans for hearing aids, stair glides, smart home technology, wheelchairs, adaptive sports equipment, and other assistive technology.

Offers transportation to medical appointments and essential community resources and transportation to our low vision and diabetic support groups which are held quarterly. Provides support services encompassing a variety of activities, from organizing shopping lists and household items to reading mail and assisting clients with paying bills.

Provides assistance to individuals with hearing loss. Services include access to affordable hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other technology; telephones designed to work with hearing aids and cochlear implants; assistive technology programs that provide accessibility in public and private facilities; and advocacy efforts to improve access and public understanding.
Conducts engagements with the corporate and business community, community and civic organizations, and schools and universities. Presentations are approximately one hour in length. Provides information and referral services to individuals who are blind or vision impaired. This program was established to help individuals secure the support and services they need.

Provides specialized equipment to eligible Pennsylvanians who have disabilities which prevent them from using regular telephone equipment. Types of equipment available include amplified telephones, voice carry over (VCO) telephones, teletypewriters (TTYs), hearing carry over (HCO) telephones, CapTel telephones, speakerphones, voice-activated dialers, hands-free headsets, picture phones, electronic aids, and signaling devices.

Provides coordinated resources, case management and social work services to adults who are physically disabled in Chester County and parts of Bucks, Delaware, Lancaster, and Montgomery County. Other services provided include information and referral, home modifications , adaptive equipment, transportation services, Community Service Programs for Persons with Physical Disabilities, personal emergency service systems for people with disabilities who qualify, and referrals to other services.

PASS AT ON (formerly the Reused and Exchange Equipment Partnership-REEP) isa free online classifieds for assistive technology devices. Items listed can be for sale or for free. Free to buy, sell, or browse. PASS AT ON also operates at UCP of NEPA as a free in-house reuse program for gently used Assistive Technology (AT). This program takes AT donations and provides them to individuals of all ages and varying (even age-related) disabilities to obtain for no cost through UCP's ATRC.

Offers assistive technology programs and projects including TechOWL (Terchnology for Our Whole Lives), formerly known as Pennsylvania’s Initiative on Assistive Technology (PIAT). PIAT is Pennsylvania’s Assistive Technology (AT) Act Program. PIAT and the other assistive technology programs and projects create TechOWL - Technology for Our Whole Lives. Assistive technology programs at CLASS include: free, accessible land line phone devices for those who qualify; short-term rentals of assistive technology equipment; assistive technology device demonstrations, and a free statewide classified listing of devices for sale and wanted by individuals.
