PASS AT ON (formerly the Reused and Exchange Equipment Partnership-REEP) isa free online classifieds for assistive technology devices. Items listed can be for sale or for free. Free to buy, sell, or browse. PASS AT ON also operates at UCP of NEPA as a free in-house reuse program for gently used Assistive Technology (AT). This program takes AT donations and provides them to individuals of all ages and varying (even age-related) disabilities to obtain for no cost through UCP's ATRC.

Offers two financial loan programs so that individuals can purchase assistive technology devices and services. Provides no-interest ($100 - $7,000) or low-interest ($7,001 - $60,000) loans for hearing aids, stair glides, smart home technology, wheelchairs, adaptive sports equipment, and other assistive technology.

Provides education about blindness, referral services, scholarship information, publications, and any aids, appliances, or adaptive equipment needed. Also provides advocacy services, counseling, guidance, and support for the blind and their families.

Pennsylvania's Assistive Technology Lending Library is a free service that loans assistive technology devices to people with disabilities.

Provides specialized equipment to eligible Pennsylvanians who have disabilities which prevent them from using regular telephone equipment. Types of equipment available include amplified telephones, voice carry over (VCO) telephones, teletypewriters (TTYs), hearing carry over (HCO) telephones, CapTel telephones, speakerphones, voice-activated dialers, hands-free headsets, picture phones, electronic aids, and signaling devices.

Offers opportunities for people with disabilities to learn how SMART technology can enhance their ability to live inclusively and independently in the community. Provides a SMART tech library, demonstrations, and outreach services. Also offers short term socialization and assistance in multiple areas of support and advocacy.

Provides financial education services and information about assistive technology funding resources.

Assists persons with disabilities with working around their challenges and perform functions that might otherwise be difficult or impossible. Provides specialized devices, equipment, and software along with procurement, installation, training / instruction, and repair. Services include in-home, individualized, person-centered evaluations and assessments; trial uses of devices; and follow-up evaluations to ensure technologies are meeting needs.

Serves as an Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC). Assists consumers looking for Assistive Technology devices and information to increase their independence. Distributes devices through the Telecommunication Device Distribution Program (TDDP) and Assistive Technology Lending Library. Also maintains a Reuse Program where consumers can borrow equipment when in need.

Assistive Technology Lending Library a free, statewide program through which individuals can borrow different types of devices to find what works best for them. Choose up to five items and we will ship items to you at no cost. If the item is checked out or not available, we will get it touch with you and give you some options. Most items are on loan for 2 weeks but check our catalog for the loan length of specific items.

Provides assistance to individuals with hearing loss. Conducts engagements with the corporate and business community, community and civic organizations, and schools and universities. Presentations are approximately one hour in length. Provides information and referral services to individuals who are blind or vision impaired. This program was established to help individuals secure the support and services they need.

Offer glasses for free or for as little as $46 with current prescription. Also provides a free vision clinic once per year. Provides vision and eye safety education.

Provides coordinated resources, case management and social work services to adults who are physically disabled in Chester County and parts of Bucks, Delaware, Lancaster, and Montgomery County. Other services provided include information and referral, home modifications , adaptive equipment, transportation services, Community Service Programs for Persons with Physical Disabilities, personal emergency service systems for people with disabilities who qualify, and referrals to other services.

Provides information and referral, medical equipment assistance, self-help groups, support, seminars, and educational programs.

Provides assistive technology evaluations and follow-up services, which may be funded through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, MH/IDD, or private pay.

Provides specialized equipment to eligible Pennsylvanians who have disabilities which impede them from having independent access to telephone services. People with disabilities includes people who are deaf, hard of hearing, speech impaired, blind or have visual problems, have physical disabilities or intellectual disabilities.
