Offers services designed to support individuals and families with relationship concerns, parenting challenges, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and anger management. Services include: psychiatric evaluations, medication management, medication monitoring for children and adults, and counseling. Cognitive Processing Therapy may be available for adults to help reduce symptoms of PTSD after experiencing a variety of traumatic events.

Nurse practitioner and Community Health Nurses provide services on STD clinic day. The STD Clinic is available on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and the TB Clinic operates on the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Immunizations are free by appointment only on Wednesdays, from 8:30am to 10:45am and 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and are available to individuals with no insurance or underinsurance. Additional services include family and professional education, general health information and referrals, case management and counseling for children with elevated blood lead levels, health promotion and teaching for groups, PKU, perinatal and hepatitis B case management, investigation of communicable diseases, and follow-up for animal bites and rabies.

Senior living community. Provides enhanced care, and memory care needs. Activities and programs are offered. Services include meals, laundry and housekeeping, medication management, assistance with ADL's, activities, etc.

The MENTOR Community Residential Rehabilitation Host Home Program provides an array of therapeutic supports and services to vulnerable children and their families, enabling both to be successful in their own lives and within the larger community. Basic services provided for every child include room & board, advice and counseling, medication monitoring and adherence, self-care training, supervision of schoolwork/activities, recreation, involvement in the treatment planning process, treatment plan implementation, and family support.

Provides information on prescription, over-the-counter, foreign, and investigational drugs including adverse reactions, indications, content, interactions, and use during pregnancy/lactation. Does not provide counseling information on drug or alcohol abuse or information on poisoning.

Outpatient Psychiatric Services are offered at school sites throughout the Coatesville Area School District, including, but not limited to: A) Psychosocial Evaluation B) Behavioral Health Counseling Services C) Medication Management and Monitoring

Provides written information in "layman's" language about 6,500 health topics and medications (prescription and over-the-counter). Provides referrals to educational programs, support groups, and health-related organizations.

Provides education and specialty coordinated care to better understand psychosis symptoms, learn coping strategies, medication options to treat psychosis. Services include psychotherapy, education and work support, family education and support, case management, and medication management.

Offers free medical care including physical examinations and education on topics such as disease management, lifestyle changes, self-care, diet, medication management, mobility issues, and safety issues. The clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners and registered nurses from the School of Nursing faculty, students, alumni, and community volunteers.
