Provides information and assistance for adults age 60 and older, and their families and advocates. SeniorLine staff members are trained care managers who can answer questions about available services, help people to begin the process of receiving services from the Area Agency on Aging or partners in the community serving older adults.

OPTIONS is a program that assesses the Long Term Care (LTC) needs of people and develops a plan of care to meet those needs.
Offers health promotion programs including exercise, chronic condition management, and health assessments. Activities may include Tai Chi, line dancing, yoga, nutrition, injury prevention, emotional wellness, art, music, and healthy aging classes. Operates as a cooling center during extreme heat emergencies (Code Red).

Provides an array of long-term care choices based on assessment by Care Managers and establishment of a care plan with the consumer and his or her family. The Care Manager works with the family to cooperatively determine the different types of services, such as Personal Emergency Response System buttons (PERS), Personal Care, Adult Daily Living Services, and other services to help consumers stay in their own homes and communities.
This program is for patients with a life limiting illness or terminal disease. Nurses work with patients who are still receiving aggressive disease treatment and are not yet ready to embrace the Hospice philosophy.
