Offers the opportunity to attend week-long camp, in-person or virtual, for ages 8 years through 17 years. Helps with one-on-one support to navigate programs, services, activities, and more. Operates local offices virtually.

Provides medical equipment and supplies for use in the home. Items are donated and made available to those in need. Available include hospital beds, walkers, wheelchair, potty chairs, shower seats, transfer assist chairs, adult diapers/pull ups, wound care bandages, bed pads, etc. Accepts donated items. However, medical supplies i.e. diapers, bandages must be new, un-opened, not out-dated supplies.
