Provides assistance with medical issues; help with prescriptions, medical supplies/equipment, dental and visual (glasses) assistance , transportation to appointments out of town, bus passes for reaching medical treatment in town, hygiene items, and clinical pastoral counseling.

Incontinence Supplies. Assistive devices such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. Donations of unopened packages of incontinence supplies, unopened nutritional supplements, and clean, good-working assistive items are gladly welcomed.

Provides funding up to $1000 per fiscal year for uncovered incontinent supplies and other medical supplies.
