Provides assistance with medical issues; help with prescriptions, medical supplies/equipment, dental and visual (glasses) assistance , transportation to appointments out of town, bus passes for reaching medical treatment in town, hygiene items, and clinical pastoral counseling.

Partners with the local County Veterans Affairs Offices to provide free primary dental care to qualifying veterans. Services include x-rays, exams, oral cancer screenings, basic cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, and extractions.

Provides emergency aid, in the form of either a direct grant (a cash gift, not to be repaid) or an interest-free loan, and by giving college scholarships to children of soldiers.

Provides free dental services for Veterans who are older adults, individuals with disabilities, or qualify as medically fragile.
