Offers financial assistance with obtaining eye exams and eye glasses for persons who meet the eligibility requirements.

Offers a low-cost eye glass program to individuals who are unable to afford the cost of the glasses.

Provides assistance with medical issues; help with prescriptions, medical supplies/equipment, dental and visual (glasses) assistance , transportation to appointments out of town, bus passes for reaching medical treatment in town, hygiene items, and clinical pastoral counseling.

Assist low income individuals with obtaining eye exams and glasses through contracts with local eye care providers. Eligible individuals can buy eyeglasses and/or pay for an eye exam at reduced costs.

Provides low cost eye wear at reasonable cost. This service does not include contact lenses.

Provides primary medical care, preventive care to include cancer screenings, case management services, chiropractic services, physical therapy, pharmacology program for medication management, and outpatient laboratory services. Family planning counseling and free contraceptives. Annual eye insurance offering free eye exam and discounted eyeglasses. Also offers many other services offsite at specialty providers' private offices including but not limited to eye care, orthopedics,, urology, dermatology, surgical referrals, pain management, cardiology and gastroenteritis.

Connects eligible individuals with a local, participating vision practitioner who provide eye exams; basic and diagnostic eye care; and frames, lenses, or contacts.

The Marilyn Moore Maslow Gift of Sight is aimed at ensuring individuals in our local community have access to affordable basic eye exams. Consistent with Northeast Sight Services’ goal of Preventing Blindness this program provides improved vision that empowers adults and children to pursue a better quality of life for themselves and their communities.

Performs vision screenings and offers programs focused on eye safety. Uses spot screening devices to detect ophthalmological issues. Also provides low-cost eyeglasses to income-eligible individuals.

Connects applicants with West Chester Lions Club and America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to provide an eye exam and new eyeglasses. Service is available once every two years to those without any vision insurance.
