Works with over 150 hospitals, health care institutions, and individual families to provide "the medicine of music" to children throughout the US. Funded by individual and corporate donations. Cooperating donors may join in singing on the recordings. Singers, songwriters, instrumentalists, and school groups who wish to volunteer their time and talents are welcomed.

Provides a social gathering place where children with serious, chronic, or terminal illnesses or disabilities and their families can drop in to play or socialize with other people going through similar experiences.
