Provides a social gathering place where children with serious, chronic, or terminal illnesses or disabilities and their families can drop in to play or socialize with other people going through similar experiences.

Fulton County Medical Center - Social Services

Works with patients and their families to deal with the emotional, financial, and social stress that accompanies illness and hospitalization. Offers services in a variety of forms, which may include talking with family members and patients about services available in the community, or working to ensure that appropriate plans and services are in place at the time of discharge. Provides support through our Social Worker, Stephanie Weller, in both inpatient (at the medical center) and outpatient (at an external location) settings, for optimal flexibility in seeking the help you need.

Songs of Love Foundation - Songs of Love Foundation

Composes and records personalized one-of-a-kind songs for terminally and chronically ill children. Works with over 150 hospitals, health care institutions, and individual families to provide "the medicine of music" to children throughout the US. Funded by individual and corporate donations. Cooperating donors may join in singing on the recordings. Singers, songwriters, instrumentalists, and school groups who wish to volunteer their time and talents are welcomed.
