Nurse practitioner and Community Health Nurses provide services on STD clinic day. The STD Clinic is available on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and the TB Clinic operates on the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Immunizations are free by appointment only on Wednesdays, from 8:30am to 10:45am and 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and are available to individuals with no insurance or underinsurance. Additional services include family and professional education, general health information and referrals, case management and counseling for children with elevated blood lead levels, health promotion and teaching for groups, PKU, perinatal and hepatitis B case management, investigation of communicable diseases, and follow-up for animal bites and rabies.

Offers a home visiting program for first-time mothers. New mothers enroll early in their pregnancies and are seen on a regular basis by a nurse home educator. The visits continue through pregnancy until the child is two.

They can meet weekly/biweekly with a trained lay counselor to learn about prenatal care and childbirth through our Earn-While-You-Learn program called "BRIDGES". Completed sessions are exchanged to earn new cribs, car seats, pack-n-play, diapers, baby clothes, and more.

A program for pregnant women who are income eligible. During pregnancy income eligibility increases to 215% above federal poverty guidelines.
