Operates an outpatient primary medical care clinic for Veterans through the Lebanon VA. Offers primary care and annual physicals by appointment, preventive services, women's health services, routine lab work, EKGs, immunizations, medication review, tele-mental health and social work services, treatment of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disease, common cold, influenza, tobacco cessation and specialty referrals. Telehealth: As a convenience to our patients, some services are offered by electronic means. Individual or group appointments may be performed via video to the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility. Also, various tests can now be performed at any one of the six outpatient clinics, with the analysis being performed at the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility. The Health network consists of hospitals, Clinics and Health Centers, Urgent Care Centers, Travel Clinic, Laboratory and Pharmacy Services, Diagnostic and Treatment Centers, a Community Clinics and Dental clinic for people who are uninsured or underinsured and other health services. Also provides Home health care by nurses, health aides, social workers and/or rehabilitation therapists to help patients recover from illness or injury. End-of-life hospice care is provided at home, in long term care facilities and in St Luke's Hospice House in Bethlehem.
