Offers a primary healthcare center, which is managed by nurse practitioners in collaboration with physicians. Also provides counseling services when appropriate. Our counseling services help deal with: aging parents, finances, grief/loss, serious illness, sudden change in lifestyle, planning for the future and personal concerns, including: stress, anxiety and depression.

Provides comprehensive health services. The team includes family nurse practitioners, integrated behavioral health therapists, a physical therapist, health educator, clinical nurse social worker and medical assistants.
