The team helps Veterans on an ongoing basis to address their needs while dealing with a spinal cord injury while providing education on VA benefits and services to those Veterans. Referrals are made to the Cleveland VA SCI Center for acute rehab needs, an annual evaluation, and specialty services as needed.

Cardiac rehab services includes a clinically supervised and individualized exercise program for patients with heart disease or those that have had heart surgery recover faster and return to full, productive lives. The participant exercises for one hour, 3 days a week in the cardiac rehab dept at TAH.
Offers a comprehensive outpatient program for patients requiring rehabilitation for various neurological or physical conditions. Patients generally receive two or more hours of therapy, two to four days per week. Services include brain injury rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, Multiple Sclerosis program and amputee rehabilitation.
Offers nursing and rehabilitative care including temporary respite, long term skilled nursing, hospice services, short term rehabilitation, and a broad array of specialty programs and services.
