Offers a community-based comprehensive Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) medical outpatient program for military veterans and first responders that addresses the brain health issues associated with concussions and PTSD. Provides care for TBI and, if needed, transportation, housing, and meals with no out-of-pocket costs to patients or their families.
