Provides clients with the skills needed to remain independent in the community. By helping clients improve their ability in areas such as activities of daily living, interpersonal communication skills, computer use, and orientation and mobility.

Provides inpatient and outpatient medical services. Cardiac rehab services includes a clinically supervised and individualized exercise program for patients with heart disease or those that have had heart surgery recover faster and return to full, productive lives. The participant exercises for one hour, 3 days a week in the cardiac rehab dept at TAH.
