Bell Socialization Services - A.I.M (Always Include Me)
Structured day program of diverse individualized activities designed to enhance the quality of socialization and daily living skills of intellectually disabled individuals from various living situations. Persons age 18 or older. Open daily from 8am to 3:30pm, the Day Program supports individuals in increasing their independent living skills through a wide choice of physical, musical and social activities. Individuals are offered Community Participation Supports to experience community events through trips, volunteer opportunities, and other activities on a regular basis.

Provides a voluntary, employment-focused rehabilitation and residential program. Empowers people in recovery from mental illness through living, learning, and working together in the community. Members actively participate in groups, share responsibilities and decision making, and support each other in recovery.
The program is limited to six residents. The goal for each member is to find, get, and keep a job that will help them reach and keep the next level of independence.

Allegheny County Office of Children, Youth, and Families - Transition Age Youth
Helps young adults in foster care (or young adults who have had experience in foster care for at least 30 days after their 14th birthday) transition to adulthood.
Youth may be able to receive services to live independently and develop life skills while planning for the future. If a youth has aged out of the services after being in an out-of-home-care placement with the Office of Children, Youth and Families, they may reconnect with supports through the Transition Age Youth network. Services are provided by Education Liaisons and Transition Planning Caseworkers.
