Offering free treatment for both males and females who test positive for syphilis, gonorrhea or chlamydia is available through Family Planning's STD Program. Individuals testing positive for HIV will receive counseling to help them access available medical care, support services, and treatment. External genital wart treatments are available to both men and women for a small fee. Prescriptions are written for other types of sexually transmitted infections and vaginal infections. All services confidential.

District Health Center #1 provides examinations and treatment for a wide variety of sexually transmitted diseases. Also offers HIV testing.

Provides free or low cost (sliding scale fee) STD testing for women and their partners.

Investigates all reports of sexually transmitted diseases. Conducts follow-up investigation of contacts to cases of an STD. Provides STD educational programs to schools, parolees and others upon request. Consults with medical professionals regarding testing and treatment of STD's. Provides quality assurance of all contractors of STD services.

All services for teens are free and confidential. Services include: condoms and access to birth control, sexual health counseling and education, referrals to family planning, mental health, substance abuse and adolescent relationship abuse services, pregnancy testing and options counseling, LGBTQ friendly services, and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. Educational topics include: abstinence, adolescent development and sexuality, anatomy, contraceptive methods, healthy relationships and intimate partner violence, LGBTQ issues, risk reduction strategies, STIâs including HIV/AIDS, and adolescent rights.

Mental health counselors work alongside the primary care team to deliver guidance and support to patients with STDs.
