Prevention programs include: "Live Your Best Life" a free, evidence-based, chronic disease self-management program and "Live Your Best Life with Diabetes" is a free diabetes self-management program. Also, certified instructors present a free, evidence-based program on fall prevention. Medication reviews with a registered pharmacist from Evangelical Community Hospital are offered annually at each senior center and free blood pressure screenings are offered by licensed nurses at each senior center.

Offers presentations of Dementia Friends and Alzheimer's Association: Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia, 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's, Behaviors, Communication, What Do We Know About Preventing Alzheimer's Disease.
