Provides hospice and palliative care wherever patients feel most comfortable, whether in their home or in a senior living community. The program offers expert assistance with symptom management and ensures continuity of care throughout the patient's journey. The hospice team includes the medical director, the patient's primary care physician, registered nurses, medical social workers, home health aides, and specially trained volunteers. Also offers spiritual and bereavement counselors, and a variety of holistic therapies including pet therapy, aromatherapy, and Reiki to enhance patients' comfort and overall well-being.
Provides hospice care at patients home, a skilled nursing center, or anywhere else they find the greatest comfort. Provides support by developing individualized care plans, setting goals, encouraging personal choices. Helps manage pain and symptoms, enabling patients to live comfortable. Social workers and spiritual counselors create a comforting environment in which patients and families are able to share their thoughts, hopes and concerns. Special bereavement programs provide emotional support to patients and families who need it.

Provides in-patient hospice care at Heacock Pavilion with 24-hour nursing in a home-like setting, including short-term respite, symptom management, and crisis care.
Offers skilled nursing care that is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Home health aides provide assistance with the personal care of the patient. Social workers provide assistance with practical and financial concerns as well as emotional support, counseling and bereavement follow-up. Pastoral support provides spiritual support to patients and families, often serving as a liaison between them and their religious community.

Geisinger Columbia Montour Hospice at Maria Hall provides care for loved ones confronting a life-limiting diagnosis in a highly individualized and home-like setting. Maria Hall is part of the peaceful, beautifully maintained grounds of St. Cyril and Methodius in Danville. Located on the fourth floor of Maria Hall, this âhome away from homeâ focuses on maintaining a guestâs dignity and comfort while providing emotional and physical support to both the family and guest.
Provides many different types of health and well-being services to older adults. Some may include: hospice and respite care, wound care services, short-term rehabilitation, physical/speech/occupational therapy, and fall management program.

Hospice care can be provided at home, in long term care facilities or in St Luke's Hospice House in Bethlehem. Hospice also provides bereavement support and guidance for anyone dealing with the loss of a loved one, regardless of where their loved one died. Bereavement support services are free-of-charge, open to all and include support groups, workshops for adults and children, lectures/discussions and services of remembrance. Ryan's Tree is a six-week guided peer support program designed for children and adolescents, age 5 - 18, who are grieving the loss of a family member or friend.
