Offer a Childcare Center, literacy and technology training for teachers, computer classes for adults and girls, college classes, and ESL classes.

Provides job readiness coaching, peer mentoring, and group therapy sessions. Also provides case management and support services including emergency temporary housing; assistance with utility, rent, and phone bill payments; transportation; nutrition services; work attire; hygiene support; medical support; and more.

A stipend is paid for on-the-job training in the actual work of operating an organic CSA farm. Internships are seasonal positions usually offered in the summer.

Offers a free certification training and employment program in healthcare professions. Provides an eight-week training course for earning national certification in Phlebotomy and Medical Assistance. Classes are five days per week with a mix of lecture and lab work covering clinical and administrative skills needed for employment at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, blood banks, health care clinics, urgent care sites, and other healthcare centers.

Offers a six-week program for formerly incarcerated and justice-involved adults providing an opportunity to gain long-term employment through life skills training and technical, job skills training. Includes $100 per week stipend, catered daily lunch, transit passes if needed, case management, wraparound services, job finding assistance, and three years of follow-up support for program graduates. Job training areas include retail (with guaranteed employment for graduates), HVAC, and CDL.

Trains inner-city adults the hard and soft skills needed to start a career in banking with a focus on teller, customer service representative, and personal banking positions.

Provides training for those pursuing a career in the Customer Service/Retail industry. Upon successful completion of the Professional Employment Skills Training, individuals will receive classroom/hands-on experience in the customer service retail industry, are required to attend all classes, and complete an internships.
