Job seekers identified as veterans are matched to job orders, before any other job seeker matches are performed.

Preparing for Independence is a comprehensive employment and vocational counseling program open to those needing employment or to improve their lives through better job benefits or greater income. The program teaches employability skills and provides job search opportunities.

The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP)and Supported Employment, and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

Services include English language education and interpretation, translation, GED education, immigration services, life skill development, aging, health education and assessment and community diversity training, employment preparation and placement and child day care for client and community families.

Helps assists individuals to successfully navigate employment in a competitive workplace. This is accomplished with an array of services for the individual, including career counseling, vocational profile development, situational assessment, job development and placement and job coaching. Job coaching follows the consumer to their new workplace environment, giving the support and assistance while they learn job duties and responsibilities, including specific job tasks and work assignments.

Offers an employment readiness, job coaching, and technical training program twice per year. Training includes technical skills such as design, small hand tools proficiency, and entry level machinist training. Participants also have the opportunity to improve their soft skills through mock interviews and help with building resumes.

Offers 45-minute sessions on successful interviewing techniques. Provides each client with one suit when he has an interview scheduled and a second suit when he gets the job. Clients also receive free tailoring and haircut services when necessary.

Offers classes in High School Equivalency Test preparation, Engish as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship, and Workforce Preparation. Courses are provided morning, evenings, and online.
