The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP)and Supported Employment, and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

Provides employment services to assist veterans in their search for work. Specially trained veteran employment representatives located in PA CareerLink offices provide veterans with a full range of employment services, including referral services, job development, referral to training, and referral to government and community veteran service agencies. These representatives help veterans match their job skills to employer job openings and contact employers on behalf of the veteran for consideration in hiring.

Offers services to youth that face a significant barrier to completing or advancing in education or obtaining employment. Programs offered include case management, academic tutoring and study skills training, job and workplace readiness workshops, occupational skills training, paid and unpaid work experiences, GED preparation classes, job shadowing, career fairs, leadership development, mock interviewing and resume help, and entrepreneurial skills training.
