Engages and supports clients while they develop life skills and resources to ultimately succeed on their own. Provides education sessions regarding healthful, economic food shopping and food preparation; personal financial budgeting; and basic job readiness skill.

Serves as an orientation tool and support group for persons seeking full time and part time employment. Offers job leads, resume writing assistance, and advice on job search techniques, interviewing skills, and career development options.

Provides academic brush up for those entering employment or entering the classroom trainings in order to prepare for employment. Geared toward improving individuals areas of need.

Aids to create career pathways through comprehensive, supportive job readiness training, boosting individuals confidence as they navigate shifts in their career journey.

Provide vocational assessment, job development, job training, job placement, specialized job situations and/or other support services that help people with intellectual disabilities prepare for, find and retain paid employment.

Provides two weeks of life skills and job readiness training, mentoring (continues post-program), trauma-informed group counseling, and job finding assistance. Participants receive a $15.00 per hour stipend and a daily complimentary meal.

Provides eligible individuals with career counseling, pre-vocational preparation, basic skills improvement, on-the-job training, occupational skills training and job search assistance.

Offers to help build job training skills, self-esteem, and resiliency through paid and unpaid work in various programs. Supportive and nurturing work environment. Student interns and those fulfilling court-mandated community service requirements are welcome.

Prepares participants for entry-level employment in the advanced manufacturing industry. Teaches skills including reading comprehension, mathematics, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving, interpersonal skills, resume preparation, and using job search tools. Learning opportunities include meeting employer partners, guest speakers, and visiting factory and shop locations of potential employers.

Provides case management services to individuals or families who need assistance with food security, interpretation and translation, court processes in domestic, divorce, or child custody matters, finding employment and/or training, information for families on juvenile justice cases, completing higher education applications, and other systems navigation assistance.

Offers individualized vocational assessment, community based work assessment, job seeking and placement services, supported employment, post employment services, post secondary education support, social skills groups, community integration and inclusion, independent living skills training, transportation, financial coordination services, and outpatient counseling.

Provides intensive case management, education, training, work activities, job placement and retention services, and supportive services to recipients of cash assistance to enable them to move rapidly from dependence to independence through employment.

Assist individuals with stabilizing their barriers to success and with developing skills that prepare them for employment. Program offers successful employment and personal skills development opportunities to help individuals improve their ability to "earn, keep, and grow" a steady family-supporting income. Customers are provided with case management and referred to other services such as skill and behavior assessment, support groups, life skills, GED instruction, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and others.

Assists with job readiness by providing help with resume writing, job applications, and interview workshops. Partners with local businesses to help find job placements in the community.

Offers a variety of free career development services including job finding assistance, workshops, training programs, and career exploration resources. Offers in-person and virtual assistance.

Preparing for Independence is a comprehensive employment and vocational counseling program open to those needing employment or to improve their lives through better job benefits or greater income. A one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Offers a number of scholarships annually to students who are interested in post-secondary training to prepare for a career in the tool, die and manufacturing industry. Promotes workforce development through K to 12th grade programming.
