Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Provides a 30 day emergency shelter for women, men and children, providing a safe place to stay while working to secure permanent housing, case management, life skills education, employment readiness, and financial literacy.

Provides job readiness, skills training, career development, adult education, community resources. - Employment Services: Assistance with resume building, job application completion, assessment of job interests, interviewing skills workshops, soft skills workshops, job search and job placement assistance. - Case Management Services: Assistance with removing barriers that interfere with completion of programs and job placement. Referrals given to resources within the community. - Adult Education Services: Financial Literacy, English as a Second Language Instruction, English Conversation Group

Offers programs of classes in culinary arts, fashion design/branding, cosmetology, makeup and skincare, financial literacy, resume writing, music, and introduction to barbering. Provides job readiness coaching, peer mentoring, and group therapy sessions. Also provides case management and support services including emergency temporary housing; assistance with utility, rent, and phone bill payments; transportation; nutrition services; work attire; hygiene support; medical support; and more.

Offers classes in High School Equivalency Test preparation, Engish as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship, and Workforce Preparation. Courses are provided morning, evenings, and online.

Assist individuals with stabilizing their barriers to success and with developing skills that prepare them for employment. Program offers successful employment and personal skills development opportunities to help individuals improve their ability to "earn, keep, and grow" a steady family-supporting income. Customers are provided with case management and referred to other services such as skill and behavior assessment, support groups, life skills, GED instruction, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and others.

Uses an evidence-based treatment model proven to achieve positive results in helping people with mental illness find and keep employment.

Prepares participants for entry-level employment in manufacturing careers, seamless entry into the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Registered Apprenticeship Program, or continued education. Covers hydraulics, industrial electricity, mechanical components, and programmable logic controls. Offers career counseling, resume development, interview preparation, and job finding help. Readies graduates for PMMI Mechatronics Level 1 and ACT National Career Readiness certification exams.

Assists in the successful transitions between high school and college and/or work by helping students gain the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed for their postsecondary success.

Provides computers for use to the public. Offers employees who can help set up resumes.

Provides a range of employment and educational services. Offers training programs for certifications, support for dislocated workers, and job retraining assistance. Also assists with applying for benefits through the Department of Human Services, filing an initial Unemployment Claim, and Workers' Compensation Benefits.

Offers job readiness training and workshops for teens.

Provides services for GED preparation and GED test expenses; career readiness workshops, resume development assistance, mock interviews, job finding assistance, and in-person work experiences; information and referrals concerning applying and paying for college, locating free or low-cost training programs, and apprenticeship opportunities.

Provides direct access to interview suiting program via mobile unit in partnership with local job training programs and PA Career Links.

Offers a number of scholarships annually to students who are interested in post-secondary training to prepare for a career in the tool, die and manufacturing industry. Promotes workforce development through K to 12th grade programming.
