TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

• Work one-on-one with an employment planner to develop an employment plan and outline the path to their next job. For adults 18 years and up. Must meet federal eligibility requirements.
• Job Search/Job Club - Individuals can sign up for Comprehensive Career Services. Work one-on-one with an employment planner to develop an employment plan. For adults 18 years and up. Must meet federal eligibility requirements.
• Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) serves young adults 17-24 years old who are currently enrolled in school in Berks County. Must meet federal eligibility requirements.

The PA CareerLink is a one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.
